& Liability Release

  1. Alcoholic Beverages: While we allow alcoholic beverages onboard, we urge you to drink responsibly. Aggressive or irresponsible behavior due to alcohol consumption will not be tolerated.
  2. Jumping from the Vessel: Jumping or diving off the vessel is only permitted when given explicit permission by the captain. Jumping from dangerous heights or undesignated areas is strictly prohibited.
  3. Swimming: Passengers choosing to swim in the sea do so at their own risk. It’s recommended not to stray far from the vessel and always follow the captain’s instructions.
  4. Respect for Captain and Crew: All passengers must treat the captain and crew with respect and courtesy at all times. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  5. Basic Etiquette: Please maintain a respectful volume level, avoid obstructing pathways, and dispose of trash properly.
  6. Environmental Responsibility: Littering or throwing any trash or garbage into the water is strictly prohibited. We are committed to protecting our oceans and marine life and expect our guests to adhere to this principle. Please use designated trash receptacles on board for waste disposal.
  7. Prohibited Items: Firearms, explosive devices, fireworks, or any other potentially harmful items are strictly prohibited onboard. Bringing such items can lead to immediate termination of the charter without any refunds.

 

Liability Release:

  1. Accidents and Injurie: TheSunsetSail is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from non-adherence to our safety rules and behavior codes.
  2. Lost or Damaged Items: TheSunsetSail is not responsible for lost, damaged, items dropped in the sea, or items left on the boat. Passengers are advised to keep their valuables secured and refrain from bringing items that might be damaged by water or moisture.
  3. Damage to the Vessel: Passengers are liable for any damages they cause to the vessel or its equipment. Any damage must be reported to the crew immediately.
